9. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Prosapia in writing to describe the nature of your dispute and attempt to resolve it informally. The parties shall have thirty (30) days from the date of the written notice to attempt informal resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue claims in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court for matters involving intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by Prosapia of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
